Overall experience was pretty good, the waiting around gets to be a bit irritating with all of the people involved. I pretty much spent all day at the dealership.

They said they rotated the tires & the receipt said the tires were rotated but they were clearly NOT rotated. You could see the hub caps had not been touched. This is the SECOND time this has happened to us. I was also told they checked the battery however the battery top was covered with corrosion. We are extremely disappointed in the service.

Very quick intake. Service seems to make a point to not waste the customer's time. My car was cleaned vacuumed, which was not expected-loved it! Car was ready very quickly and I was kept informed in a timely manner.

I have never in my life had service like this time purchasing a new vehicle. The staff was great! I would recommend this dealership to everybody i know. I sent at least two people since i purchased my truck.

Well I bought my car in because of a problem with my car starting.Well they told me that my car didn't start because of a certain cable that they claimed was not hooked up and I knew that it was because I watched the guy from auto zone when he put my new battery in.However I hope that little money I was cheated out of was worth it because I'll never come for another service or to purchase a vehicle ever again!

The service advisor was not very friendly. She initially told us a price that was over 100 dollars over the actual price of the repair. It was difficult to get in contact with the service manager to discuss the issue. The mechanic was very rude during our conversation regarding the findings on the vehicle. It was overall a very difficult experience
