My salesperson was great! If I get a chance to work with him again I would, the fianancing guy was very helpful! Those two people that I came in contact with were amazing and made my experience of buying my first car easy and hassle free. The bad part about my visit would be service, I have brought a new chevy spark 2019 that needed a new battery due to being on the lot and not being started. On my papers it stated that I was owed a new battery. Went back to get my car and drove off the lot, the next morning getting ready to head to work my car did not start. The battery light came on. Service had not put a new battery. So I ended up being late for work due to having to wait for roadside and getting to the dealership. Then to find out they would have to order a battery and my car would not be ready until friday has made the experience very irritable. Besides that the two people I worked face to face with were great and I appreciate their help with getting my car and working hard to get things straightened out.

although the price for oil change has gone up to $59.95, everything went well, did not have to wait long, employees was very friendly, I went on Saturday, I think more employees should work on Saturday's because a lot of your customers who work during the week go on week end for service, this is better than taking off during the week.
They tried to tell me my air filter needed changing And when I told them it was changed they looked in the system and saw that it had been So that tells me they never looked at it they just wanted to charge me
