NOT ALL REPAIRS COULD BE PERFORMED ON OUR VEHICLE AT THE TIME OF THE SERVICE. A WATER LEAK COULD NOT BE FOUND BY THE ATTENDING TECHNICIAN AT THE TIME WITHOUT AN ADDITIONAL COST FACTOR OF $400.00, DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE PURCHASED THE WARRANTY FOR THE VEHICLE. . THE OTHER REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED VERY TIMELY AND TO OUR SATISFACTION. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE BRAKES WERE BAD ON THE VEHICLE WHICH WAS PURCHASED IN 8/2018, WHICH I FELT THAT WERE BAD UPON PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE. I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND OUR SALESMAN MR. RONNIE CONSTANT ON THE HELP THAT HE GAVE US THROUGH OUR EXPERIENCE. HE IS DEFINITELY A SALESMAN WHO IS CONCERNED WITH THE OVERALL TREATMENT OF HIS CUSTOMERS, AND IT SHOWED IN THE PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT THAT WE RECEIVED.

The detail was fine but when checking in I told there was a problem with the media. The card inserted near the charging station is not recognized. This issue was not addressed and is still unable to be played
It took 3days to replace a valve in my vehicle no one contacted me of what’s goinng on I have to call them everyday to remind them that they still have my car . On the third day I was just to get my car out from there but they told me to pay the diagnostic b s so I waited till the end of my third day to have my car fix . Leson Chevrolet the worst costumer service I ever experienced
