I drove my car into the Service Area for my appointment and was not greeted at my car as stated on the Leson Chevrolet website. When i was paying the cashier for my car service, she had to put down her cell phone, have me sign the receipt in 3 places, stapled my receipt and paperwork together and jumped back on her cell phone. I was looking over my receipt to see why I was charged over $200.00 for a GOLD battery that the Leson website states is $159.95 and $24.95 OR less on most cars but the cashier was more interested to continue her cell phone conversation. It looks as if I was over-charged by $23.00. Alexandra was attentive to me and kept me informed while my car was being diagnosed and serviced.
My van was purchased at Lesson in 2004! If Chevrolet was making new Astros I would be right there looking for mine. But since they don't, Clay in the truck service department keeps mine running as he knows how important it is to my business and life.
