The service consultant, Alex, made all the difference! She listened to what was wrong with my truck. I had been in there previously twice before for the same problem that did not get fixed because an assumption was made before they listened to the details of what I was feeling the truck doing. I pulled up and walked in. The advisor who serviced me didnt notice me initially because she was into a conversation with another employee. I waited til she was done then she politely greeted me. Her attitude was warm and friendly. On my way to the lobby, i greeted everyone good morning. I had to have walked past 6 employees, 5 white, 1 black, and only 1 spoke. A black woman. I got uncomfortable stares from the whites. Yall need to come together and fix this. It was an unbusy morning per my advisor, Michelle, i got my car back fairly fast. There was no reason those employees should behave so snobby. Its very noticeable and its unacceptable. Fix it!

Service department is slow I have been there twice, once for oil change and it took 2.5 hours which is ridiculous The second visit was for recall and I was at dealership for 6 hours Then when truck was ready no porter was available to bring to service isle I JAVE TO SAY YOUR SERVICE DEPT IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND I HAVE BOUGHT MANY VEHICLES IN MY LIFE SLOW SERVICE AND UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE IN DEPARTMENT
