My van was purchased at Lesson in 2004! If Chevrolet was making new Astros I would be right there looking for mine. But since they don't, Clay in the truck service department keeps mine running as he knows how important it is to my business and life.

Work completed, quality good. Service atrocious. The work should have been covered under my extended warranty but nobody checked in the computer to see if I had coverage. Consequently I paid the entire bill. Going through paperwork at home I realized their error. I went to the dealership and spoke with a lady in billing seeking advice on how to proceed. She gave me a duplicate receipt and advised me to contact GMPP, which I did on 10/4/18 at 2:23pm. I spoke with Chris and he contacted Shane Lambert at Leson Chevrolet. Chris said he talked to Shane and he would take care of it. He said Shane would call me to let me know that he was handling it and when I could expect my refund. 10/5/18 at 11:15am I called and left a message on Shane’s voicemail. 12:43pm Shane returned my call and said he had to get with his manager and he would call me back after they talked. 10/9/18 called and left a message for Shane. 10/10/18 at 10:31am I went to the Leson Chevrolet and spoke with Shane. He said his boss was in a meeting and he would call me by 10/11/18. 10/12/28 at 9:11am I texted Shane. 10/12/18 at 9:50am I called and asked to speak with the service manager. I was told he had someone in his office. I described my issue and was assured that the manager would return my call. As of this time I have not heard from the service manager. On 10/15/18 at 8:03am I called GMPP and spoke with Kevin. He advised me to send a copy of my invoice and proof of payment and my claim would be paid minus my $100 deductible. I tried to fax everything but was unable to get through so I mailed the requested paperwork. On 10/15/18 while on vacation I received a call from GMPP informing me that Leson Chevrolet had recently filed a claim for reimbursement regarding my claim. I explained that I was not trying to be paid twice but I followed the instructions given to me by Kevin and mailed the requested documentation. Evidently Leson filed their claim prior to my paperwork being delivered to GMPP. Shane called me on 10/23/18 and informed me that Leson had my check and he wanted to know if I wanted to pick it up or have them mail it to me. I told him to mail it. He verified my mailing address and said they would mail my check. As of this moment I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CHECK!!!!
