Great service I came in with my toddler son and a gentleman who worked there even grabbed a balloon to give to him. I appreciated the kind gesture very much. The service call also went as expected but to be honest, I can get service from anywhere but customer service like that is very rare. You've earned yourself a consistent customer because of that gentleman kind act.
The service Technicians are excellent, they are kind, helpful, and does an excellent job on my vehicle everytime, but the staff inside, with an exception to the lady that takes my payment at the end, are not very welcoming. The lady that sits next to the coffee hollered good morning to me because I had a delay in speaking to her. Also, considering my long wait, I would have loved a cup of coffee, she coveted it witj her mean spirit. Those people are ugly and hateful, you can feel it. If it wasn't so cold, I would have perferred to just waiti outside for my truck. I know nothing will be done about this, so it doesn't matter, I don't even know why I even responded to this. I was scrolling my messages and just thought I would respond on how uncomfortable they make you. Have a great day, Thank God for the Service Technicians.
I had the 1st oil change, tire rotation, & multi-point inspection done on my 2018 Equinox. Angela in the service dept. set up the appointment for 2 pm. the same day I called. In a little less than an hour they had completed everything on the vehicle. The waiting room is very nice & everyone is very pleasant & helpful.
