I was not pleased upon delivery of my vehicle as I was told it was a blacked out model. I questioned my sales man and was told it would may have a few chrome accents. This was not the case. It was only blacked out on the grill.

I called to set up appt, was told to bring in next day @7am...after following up after car was dropped off, I was told i didn���t have an appt..it took a couple of days to even get a tech. Then after following up days later, I was told my vehicle was waiting on parts unbeknownst to me. Horrible experience! I will definitely will not be bringing my car back their again unless I am desperate.

First I bought a car. Thought It was good deal. Didn't think this vehicle would have all these problems after buying vehicle with little miles on it. Then I take it in for service, after a week driving vehicle. Service department had it for a month, and did not finish the job. Then when I got it for a week after the month in service had to bring back and service held car in there for 4 days then tell us they order wrong part. Had to rent a vehicle in which I feel like I'm paying an extra car note. Now have to take it to a different dealership. I will be contacting a lawyer

Was told when I viewed the truck the damage to running boards could be fix or they would take something off as we worked the deal. I was then told there was nothing more they could do. I still bought because it was other family members involved.
