I got there a little early and Alex took me right away. They were finished with my car before my actual scheduled appointment! Very impressive. Very knowledgeable salesperson and great help explaining all the options on car. Helped with setting up Onstar and Bluetooth. Both sales rep followed up with me after leaving to make sure all things were ok.
Made an appointment to have radio fixed, next day told it could be another 2 days for tech to look at it. I could have keep my truck and they could have called to let me know when to bring it in, instead of waiting 3 days
Service department review. New truck first oil change with scheduled appointment for 9:30. Arrived 10 minutes early, service writer know who I was and that I had a scheduled time. He informed me that there was five vehicles ahead of me and would be an hour wait. An oil change and tire rotation took 2.5 hours with no explanation. I asked the service writer why they had an appointment system when they don't use it. His response was to shrug his shoulders and say that the way it is. I asked to speak with his manager and was informed the service manager was not in (not a surprise). Asked to speak to the manager in charge and was sarcastically told there was no manager on site. I do not understand why you would have a system to schedule a service time, but not use it. The attitude from the service writer about it is unacceptable and having management that will not talk to customers is horrible.

This was the 2nd time, in 2 months, bringing my 2014 GMC Sierra in for engine problems. My service advisor, both occasions, was Michelle ( from England ). Dealing with her made me regret bringing my truck to Leson Chevrolet for the diagnosis/work. The 1st time I brought it in, Leson had my truck for almost 2 full days before even attempting to diagnose the problem. During that time Michelle would not call to keep me informed. On the few occasions I did speak with her I was the one who REPEATEDLY initiated the calls & literally begged her to call me through her voicemail. Ultimately Leson could not find an issue with the truck and i ended up going pick it up. So. When my check engine light came on a few weeks later I called Leson back, spoke to Gail, and advised her what was going on ( that was a Wednesday). I told her of my prior experience with Michelle and she guaranteed me i would be placed with a different advisor. My appointment was for Monday morning (4 days after speaking to Gail ). I arrived about 7:15 am and somehow ended up being placed with Michelle AGAIN. I was hoping for a better experience, so I didn't fuss about being with her. Same things started to happen AGAIN. She wouldn't call, she lied REPEATEDLY, gave me false hope, really seemed like she didn't know what she was talking about, etc etc etc. So jump ahead to day 2. Michelle lied to me Late Monday afternoon about the truck being evaluated. It wasn't until 4:40 Tuesday afternoon that Michelle said the mechanic just finished checking out my truck. I was furious, not because my truck needed work, but the fact that it took 20 minutes shy of 2 FULL days to complete the inspection. Not only was I infuriated about the time it took but also dealing with Michelle and all her antics ( Lying. False information, NOT CALLING AT ALL, Unprofessional, etc...etc...). I ended up calling Tim Colson, Service Supervisor, & told him the entire story. He apologized deeply for Michelle's actions, or lack thereof, and turned me over to another advisor ( Brendan). It was like night & day from Michelle to Brendan. Once being turned over to him my repairs got done in a very timely manner. I was kept in the loop about the process and time frame. Brendan knew what he was talking about and within a day and a half , after Brendan took over. My truck was ready for pick-up. I would much rather stick a hot poker in my eye every day than refer Michelle to anyone. In my opinion she isn't an asset to Leson and her actions will end up costing Leson alot of business in the future. Once a bad taste is in your mouth, it's not easy to get it out !!! Had a 9am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I indicated that I had to wait for the vehicle. My service was completed in about 90 minutes and was brought up to the exiting area, however it took another 30 minutes to get the paperwork to the cashier.
