The dealership was on it. They just reset my check engine light due to an fuel misfire they said. Was very disappointed that a new car had to go to the shop.

Slow. Took two days to diagnose issues, and after a day and a half of no contact on status of repairs, was told it would take another 2 business days to do the repair. After I complained, vehicle repairs were magically completed with 2 hours.

I was getting charged for a component I did not have on my vehicle. I was also told that the alternator was not able to be diagnosed until I purchased a battery replacement. I know that that is not true. I am mechanically inclined enough to perform the alternator test myself. I performed the test and then took my vehicle to banner Chevrolet. It was properly diagnosed and I had a new alternator installed.

$370 diagnostic fee is absurd especially when the result is finding out it will cost >$15,000 to repair!!! That's essentially being told the car is a paperweight. The fee should be reduced or free if you can't feasibly fix the car. This is not a luxury car. I don't know if this fee is mandated by Chevrolet or if it's a Leson Chevrolet issue but it borders on criminal. Casey was only the messenger so I don't really have an issue with him. However, he could have checked with his managers or the business office to see about having this fee reduced.

Great communication and the service was in a timely manner Ms. Sheila went above and beyond to provide quality service and keep me updated in a timely fashion.

Paid for car engine light still on was told they would drive it until the engine light come on to diagnose car again due to engine light coming back on after just two days of paying for service. They never drove vehicle still had the same mileage from when i sent car in! They sent pictures of a tear in my intake hose and suggested that be replaced as well as the outlet hose but never was able to but car back on machine due to engine light not being on. So my engine is currently back on will be getting it checked by another dealer to see whats the problem because i was basically cheated out of 209$ with a misdiagnosis and left still with a check engine light! They are guessing it can be the hoses

I knew what I was looking for and did all my research before going to the lot. My salesman didn’t try to feed me any crap. He answered my questions honestly when we went the first time to test drive the car. I double and triple checked everything I was concerned about and I definitely believe that I made the right purchase.
