Alvis Favorite and Mr. Pham are amazing! I happened to go there during Celebration Week and the staff were eating crawfish that day. As soon as I walked through the door, Alvis greeted me with a smile, threw that crawfish down, washed his hands, and he helped me make it happen. My 2016 Chevy Camaro was damaged while at the dealership it was only partially fixed and painted but you can still see the damage on the rear of my vehicle Please advise!!!

The Leson Chevrolet staff were very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Our salesman, Jonathan Givins, was out to greet us quickly and directed us to just what we had in mind. He was very patient explaining all of the technology installed in our new 2025 Chevy Traverse, High Country. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were happy. It was a very nice experience!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation It over 2 hours at 7:30 am It doesn't matter who I worked with it shouldn't take longer than 30 mins?

The service was great. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired with no problems. The staff was friendly and pick up of my car was effortless..

Jonathan worked hard to sell me the car. He was able to work within my spending limit. That is what sold me on buying the car.

I told them that service esc light was on. They changed the turbo instead so my truck is doing the same thing that cost me $2500

I brought my suburban in about three weeks prior to this visit. Nobody really looked at it and told me there was nothing wrong with it. Three weeks later, my transmission went out. When I brought it in the second time, they told me they would see when they could get to it. I called the service manager, and let him know what I have been through. After that, they finally looked at the suburban and told me the transmission was bad. I had to pay a towing charge from the North Shore to get it back to the dealer. ...

Was quoted an hour for oil change ended up being two hours and 15 minutes vehicles was returned with ac on blast and greasy hand print around the truck so needless to say unpleasant and not recommended for anyone to take their vehicle there

Anthony, the Isuzu Service Manager has been outstanding. We've had issues with repairs though we've always worked through them in a congenial manner. I brought my truck in for a recall issue, and I'm still having the same problem now. They are trying to tell me that I have to pay for diagnostic, which I feel like is unreasonable being that it's a recall issue

After getting a new transmission a week prior, my car died 15 miles away from the dealership. The tow arrived after hours and the tow truck driver left my name, keys and the problem. I got up at 6:30am to make the phone call by seven when most advisers are there. I noticed that Alexa had already left me a voicemail at 6:25 AM! Anyway, she was on the ball asked the problem and it was fixed the same day. Great work!. Nothing to do with the transmission.

The wait for a simple headlight was too long. There was no communication on price or when the vehicle would be ready, even with an appointment.

I had an open recall on my truck. When I first brought the vehicle in, they weren't able to locate the recall. My service advisor (Claudia Breaux) located some information that led the finding of the recall information. She is an excellent asset to your service department. I like your service but it takes a long time. I had my appointment at 10:30 a.m. and they gave me my truck at 12:30 p.m.

I was waiting in line for the doors to open and spent two hours waiting for a simple tire repair. I don’t want to hear about being short staffed. Hire more people and have a crew dedicated to work on simple tasks to get people in and out quicker.

Service was very quick and was under their original estimated time for the service to be completed. It was great!

2024 Equinox kept bring it in 3 times. First engine light kept coming on , stalling in traffic the repaired it then it did the same thing no power then the third time. Lesson kept the car but when I got the car back yet again upon my third visit it was like nothing wrong with the car. I drive my car. Paid cash for my car but yet I left lesson sick to my stomach with the saying nothing wrong when I drive my car every single day I was left feeling depressed . I just recently lost my daughter and car repaid ...

Made my appointment online. After dropping off, it took more than 24 hours to get back to me and I had to call and inquire. When my service person finally called back it was not to update me but ask about a service he’d offered me when I dropped off. Took two days to actually get the diagnostic results and have them begin working. When I was finally able to pick up, I got in my car only to be greeted by a partially drank coke that was NOT mine. Overall, poor experience and I will not be coming back ...

I felt out of place when I first came in for my service, the staff didn't seem too keen on assisting me. The service happened very fast though. I was very impressed with the technicians speed on completing my oil change and filter change.

An hour and a half for an oil change, I was the only one in the waiting room. I went to check if my car was ready and my keys were sitting on the desk in check in at. No one around until a woman walked by and said I’m on lunch. Thank glad there was a man walking by and asked if I needed help. Never going there again.

Great communication and service! Will definitely use them again. Did exactly what they said they do and gave recommendations on other service. The service person was not pushy, i appreciqted that.

Keith was my service assistant and did a good job taking all the information for my 15,000 mile service. He kept us informed during our stay which lasted almost 2 hours. He also performed a recall on my vehicle for a program update that was due. Overall, the experience was good and I will come back for my next service.

Very quick but hopefully they didn’t cut the oring on the oil filter again. Time will tell.

Issues were not resolved. Car was in shop for 5 days. Oil test done for oil issue. For car shutdown issue, was told they could not duplicate issue. When vehicle was picked up and driven home, the issue immediately appeared for me. This was a big inconvenience and I will eventually have to bring vehicle back in to address issue.
